Loop-de-Loops

The week after we saw Stephen's band play, Josh and I decided take a spur of the moment trip to Six Flags. We got to the park around 1:00 and spent all day riding roller coaster after roller coaster. After 8 hours of being at the park, we had been on every roller coaster, except one. The Georgia Cyclone was the only one we have left, and if you are not quite so familiar with that one, its the old wooden one by the front gate. Lots of fun, but beats you up. We decided that since we already got beat up on The Ninja, we would skip the Georgia Cyclone.
It was a perfect day. Not too terribly hot and the lines were the shortest I have ever seen them. The longest wait for a ride was only about 30 minutes. I think at one point we waited in line longer to get a drink than for any of the rides. The best part was watching Josh on Superman. He had no idea what he was in for and I just laughed the whole time we were on the ride. All in all we had an absolute blast going fast speeds, upside down, and just being with each other. It was a great break from all the wedding stuff we have been taking care of on our days off. We are already talking about going back and maybe even getting season passes for next year.
